Is there parking directly at the property? +
Yes, garage spaces are available, as well as a charging station for electric cars.
Can I do laundry? +
Yes, Chalet Milé has a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying racks, iron, etc., available for guests to use.
Is there Wi-Fi in the chalet? +
Yes, the entire chalet is covered by Wi-Fi.
Services & comfort +
Do the bedrooms have private bathrooms? +
Yes, each of the elegantly furnished bedrooms has a private bathroom, providing extra comfort and privacy.
Booking & stay +
What are the check-in and check-out times? +
On the day of arrival, the chalet is available from 4 pm. On the day of departure, please vacate the chalet by 9 am.

Are there shops nearby? +
Yes, there is a supermarket within walking distance of the chalet, about 5 minutes away.
How far are the ski lifts? +
The Seiser Alm cable car can be reached in approximately 10 minutes on foot. In winter, our private shuttle takes guests to all ski lifts in Ortisei in the morning.
Wellness & fitness +
Does Chalet 1 have a wellness area? +
Yes, it features a bio sauna, an infrared cabin and a relaxation room with comfortable beds on the ground floor. In the private garden with terrace and sunbathing lawn, there is also an outdoor hot tub heated year-round.
Does Chalet 2 have a wellness area? +
Yes, it offers a bio sauna, a Finnish sauna with panoramic views and a relaxation room with comfortable beds on the ground floor. The private garden with terrace and sunbathing lawn also includes a year-round heated outdoor hot tub.
Is there a fitness room? +
Yes, the ground-floor fitness room is equipped with Technogym machines and is available for guests of both chalets to use.
