Each of the two chalets spans three generously proportioned floors. The first floor welcomes guests with its cosy ambiance. Gather in the inviting open-plan kitchen, which seamlessly flows into a spacious dining area, or unwind in the lounge where the gas stove provides not only warmth, but also a charming view of the crackling fire.
The second floor features three double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and private balcony, affording ample space for tranquillity and privacy. For larger groups or families, the additional 'Jolly' room can accommodate two more guests.
On the ground floor, the private wellness area opens directly to the garden. End your day on the terrace with a summer barbecue or by simply relaxing in the fresh mountain air.

A special highlight of the wellness area is its direct access to nature. Step outside to enjoy the year-round heated outdoor whirlpool in the private garden oasis, or unwind on the sunbathing lawn. In the evening, the terrace with its cosy lounge creates a magical atmosphere under the starry sky.

Bread roll service
Wine cabinet with a selection of champagne, sparkling wine, and South Tyrolean white and red wines. If you desire a special wine from our extended wine list, we will ensure that your selected label is perfectly chilled in the wine cabinet for you.
Daily cleaning

Prices & terms and conditions

Prices

Prices start from €800 per day for the entire chalet (maximum 6 persons).
The rates are for occupancy of up to 6 people per chalet with a minimum stay of 7 nights in the high season and a minimum stay of 3 nights in the off-season.
Babies and toddlers up to 3 years old stay for free.
The additional 'Jolly' room for a maximum of 2 people costs €220 per day regardless of age and number of persons.
The chalets are cleaned every other day. This service is included in the price.
Final cleaning of the chalets is free of charge for stays of at least 7 nights. For shorter stays, a fee of €300 is charged.

Local tax

A local tax of €2.90 per person per night is charged separately. Children under 14 years are exempt from this tax.

Check-in & check-out

On the day of arrival, the chalet is available from 4:00 pm. We kindly ask you to notify us by telephone one hour before arrival.
On the day of departure, you are requested to vacate the chalet by 9:00 am.

Booking & deposit

A booking is considered binding once a deposit of 30% of the total price has been made.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations up to one month before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations up to 3 weeks before the start of the trip, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
For cancellations within the last 3 weeks before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Security deposit

Upon your arrival, a security deposit of €500 is required, which will be refunded upon your departure, provided no damages have occurred.

Pets

Please understand that pets are not allowed in the chalets.
